Friendly volunteer staff, interesting ex-GWR coaches (i.e. not all BR Mk1), clean and well maintained inside and out, stock awaiting restoration largely kept away from public view (but accessible to those who wish to view, excellent and good value cream tea (selected days only), imaginatively converted buffet / wheelchair users car, clean toilets, and of course excellent scenery.
